Refund Policy

 

  We here at Fashion Accessories Supplies Limited aim for 100% customer satisfaction and pride ourselves on making quality NZ made products, in the unlikely event that an item arrives to you faulty we will replace or repair the product if:

·        Item is damaged or defective (manufacturer’s fault)

·        Manufacturers faults are returned within 3 months

·        If the item is unable to be repaired or replaced we will credit

 

As we make to order, we will not refund if you:

·        Simply change your mind

·        Don’t like the colour

·        The product hasn’t sold after a couple of months

·        Returns not accepted after 3 months

·        Belts have been subjected to sunlight or heat damage

·        Customer has tried to repair belt themselves

·        Belts have been shop soiled

 Please ensure that belts are kept out of direct sunlight and not exposed to heat on a regular basis as this will cause the belts to delaminate – we will not refund in this case, we will repair if we can, however this will be charged.

We do offer a repair service if your customer has broken a belt or needs it resized.  Costs for this vary from $5 to $25 depending on what is needed.

Should a product be imported (i.e. handbags), credits will only be recognised if returned within the 3 month period stated above, as after this date will be considered reasonable wear and tear and a credit will not be issued.
